Although the Assessor’s Office has up to 10 business days to complete your list we do try to accommodate your request while you wait, or within 24 hours whenever possible. If you have a specific timetable to meet please identify that at the time of order or in the notes field when ordering online and we will try to accommodate you.
There are 2 options for ordering your abutters list:
- You may order in person and pay by cash, check or credit card (convenience fee applies). The request form should be completed and presented along with your payment to order.
- You may order and pay online by electronic check or credit card.
Electronic Check: This option has a .25 fee. Have your bill and checkbook on hand to get your account number and the bank’s routing number from it. You will be shown where this information is on your check.
Credit Card: We are currently accepting MasterCard (both credit and debit), American Express and Discover for credit card payments. Visa and Visa Debit will become available shortly on a per department basis. There will be a convenience fee for each credit card online payment. The credit card service provider charges the fee to your credit card. When paying by credit card, the fee amount will appear in a separate box and will be totaled with the amount due. (Fee Schedule)
