	Mission Statement The purpose of the Auburn Board of Appeals is to hear and decide appeals in accordance with the law, to hear and decide applications for special permits upon which the Board is empowered to act under, to hear and decide petitions for variances, and to hear and decide appeals from decision of the Code Enforcement Officer, and protect the Town’s Aquifer.
