The Finance Department provides the financial services of the Town, including the preparation and administration of the Town Budget, the assessment and collection of all Town taxes, excises, betterments, assessments, fees, fines and penalties, processes and administers as assigned, contracts for the acquisition of goods, supplies, services and property, the application for grants from any source and the management of the electronic information communications and processing systems, and the disbursement of funds.
