The Department of Development and Inspectional Services manages and operates the economic development and regulatory service functions of the Town and provides services relating to the: 

• Architectural Access Code
• Laws, Codes and Regulations and by-Laws Relating to Health, the Environment and Human Safety
• State Building Code
• State Sanitary Code
• Zoning by-Laws

Divisions

The Department of Development and Inspectional Services consists of five divisions.
