Eric Krupski is a 12-year veteran of the Massachusetts fire service. He began his career as a call firefighter in the Town of Upton in 2006. FF Krupski's transition into the fire service was a career change as his background was primarily in Mutual Funds and Finance. He worked for many years in the Boston Financial district and prior to joining the Auburn Fire Rescue Department (AFRD) he served as a Senior Financial Analyst for National Grid.

During his time in Upton, FF Krupski became certified as a first responder, Emergency Medical Technician and obtained his MA Paramedic certification. He also received his Firefighter I/II upon completion of the District 7 Central Recruit Training Program. In August 2008 FF Krupski became a full time member of the AFRD. Krupski gained experience working for Events EMS from 2008-2012 on an Advanced Life Support intercept vehicle serving multiple towns in Norfolk County.

During his tenure with the AFRD FF Krupski has been involved with the initiation of the departments Pre-Plan database, he has assisted in writing Grant Proposals and he has participated in department outreach programs such as the Youth Leadership Program initiative.

FF Krupski is a graduate of the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy - Class #182, Xaverian Brothers HS, Bryant College (BS), Babson College (MBA), and Safety Program Consultants Inc. - Class 36 Valedictorian.
